When can I sign up?
Sign-up opens soon. Join the waitlist now and we will contact you when it opens. We do not ask for a card on the waitlist.
What does the free year include?
The whole plan for 12 months: all your branches, the store admin, picking and delivery apps, catalogue import and your listing in the QuickCart app. After 12 months the plan is AED 250/month.
Where do ads appear?
Only in one place: one small, labelled QuickCart banner on the QuickCart app home page, shown for every store in the app, yours included, during the free year and after it. Paying does not remove it. There are no ads in your portal, the store admin and staff apps, or our emails, and no tracking.
What does “3 minutes” mean?
“3 minutes” is our target from order confirmation to doorstep in QuickCart delivery zones. Each store has its own small delivery zone around it.
Can prices change?
Yes. Prices and conditions of service are subject to change with notice. We tell you in advance, and you can cancel before a change applies.
How do I add my products?
Search the QuickCart catalogue in the store admin app, tick the products you sell and import them; then set your price and stock for each branch.
Who owns my data?
You do. Each supermarket runs on its own isolated QuickCart system, and you can export your data.
Is the service available in Arabic?
Yes. The website, your portal and the apps are available in Arabic and English.
